We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Content Manager in the gaming and betting industry, located in Secaucus, New Jersey. As a Content Manager, you will be leading the development and execution of our in-app content strategy. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an engaging and fresh storefront for our platform, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing all stages of content management.Responsibilities:• Enhance our content library by working with internal and external stakeholders• Develop strategies for push notifications, ensuring they are sent at the right time and contain engaging content• Organize the homepage and promotion lobby, featuring banners and options that best suit our target customers• Develop unique betting options for our Ontario market, in coordination with internal teams and external providers• Utilize insights from user interviews, surveys, competitor research, app store reviews, and customer service inquiries to understand player expectations and refine content strategy• Manage the calendar for promotions and content strategy milestones• Oversee updates of in-app product features• Ensure the quality of all published copy, maintaining consistency and brand alignment• Set and measure KPIs for each initiative, reporting performance to internal teams.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
