Requirements:
- 4 years' experience reviewing MSA's, commercial contracts, NDA's, Vendor agreements, Technology agreements, and SaaS agreements
- Comprehensive knowledge of the contract lifecycle
- prior experience partnering with customers in a tech environment
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple areas of business to include legal, sales, technology, HR, etc.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
