We are in the process of recruiting a Contracts Administrator. This role operates within the industry, and will be located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be working on a short-term contract basis, and will be primarily focused on managing and organizing contracts, utilizing platforms such as SharePoint and Salesforce, and performing due diligence.Responsibilities:• Oversee the electronic identification of sales contracts.• Collaborate with in-house counsel and sales teams to manage vendor contracts.• Ensure the proper upload and coding of corporate transaction closing binders to SIS SharePoint Libraries.• Organize and maintain corporate minute books for long-term record keeping.• Interface with the General Counsel to review and discuss contracts.• Utilize the Salesforce Platform to track and monitor contract processes.• Perform due diligence to ensure all contract details are accurate and complete.• Utilize SharePoint to store and retrieve necessary company documents.• Respond to contract-related inquiries and resolve any potential issues.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
