Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review contracts with minimal redlining
- Assist in the preparation and review of collection letters
- Conduct detailed document reviews specifically for claims
- Ensure compliance in all contract-related activities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the General Counsel in various tasks and duties
- Handle amendments and billing functions as part of the contract administration process
- Proven experience in a Contracts Administrator role or similar.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management.
- Ability to draft, review, and amend contracts.
- Experience in auditing for ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of billing functions in a business setting.
- Understanding of compliance principles and regulations.
