ResponsibilitiesOversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.Ensure accurate and timely financial data for management and external reporting.Lead system improvements impacting financial processes.Develop and mentor accounting teams to support internal stakeholders.Collaborate with Grant Accounting and FP& A on reporting needs.Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders.Manage external audits and tax filing processes.Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives as needed.
