We are in search of a Controller who will play a crucial role in managing our accounting operations, ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including areas such as billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.• Produce and analyze accounting data and financial reports to inform organizational decision-making.• Prepare and scrutinize the organization's budget and financial forecasts to ensure fiscal health.• Coordinate and ensure the completion of annual audits, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability.• Guarantee compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant governmental regulations to uphold our reputation for integrity.• Demonstrate proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data.• Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, and budget processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our accounting functions.
