Responsibilities:• Oversee all accounting functions within the company• Regularly handle accounts payable and receivable • Manage auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in managing company resources• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records• Take appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner• Conduct billing functions as required• Work with MS Great Plains Dynamics for financial data management.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
