Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities:• Oversee daily cash management activities to ensure efficient use of resources• Process general ledger entries accurately to maintain accurate financial records• Perform account reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy of financial data• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payment and collection• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements to provide accurate financial information• Perform month end close activities to ensure timely reporting of financial data• Prepare journal entries as needed for accurate financial reporting• Perform auditing activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations• Use Aspen Plus and other accounting software systems to manage financial data• Oversee budget processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources• Manage MRP ERP System and MRP Inventory for efficient resource planning and inventory management.
