God Bless.Responsibilities:• Direct and manage all accounting related functions including cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit policies, billing, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting.• Analyze and interpret financial results to provide accurate data for executive decision-making.• Oversee the accounting staff and manage their responsibilities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.• Establish and implement policies, procedures, and practices relating to the management of all accounting functions.• Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position based on past, present, and expected operations.• Monitor and maximize cash flow while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.• Manage the preparation and monitoring of collateral schedules and bank loan covenants.• Coordinate activities with outsourced payroll service, employee health insurance, and 401k and Profit-Sharing Plans.• Communicate with external financial and accounting partners in relation to finance and accounting projects.• Prepare and file tax forms, including sales and use tax and personal property tax forms.• Represent the finance department in management and sales meetings, effectively communicating financial insights and strategies.
