We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Controller to join our team, based in Medfield, Massachusetts. This role is primarily office-based with potential for some remote work in the future. As a Controller, you will be involved in various accounting tasks, such as overseeing daily processes, managing the close, and helping to clean up the ERP system.Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations in the accounting department, including recording transactions and updating records.• Ensure compliance by reviewing client contracts.• Manage the accounts receivable and payable processes, and process cash disbursements and receipts using ERP System.• Reconcile bank items, department, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.• Prepare and enter journal entries regularly.• Maintain both electronic and paper files meticulously.• Draft financial and management reports periodically.
Salary : $50 - $65
