We are in search of a Controller to become part of our team situated in Temecula, California. The Controller will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. This role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.• Supervise a team of 4, that includes AR, AP, Grower Accountant, and Sr. Accountant.• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and oversee auditing processes.• Utilize Sage 300 software for various accounting-related tasks.• Manage budget processes and perform financial forecasting.• Handle month-end close in a timely and efficient manner.• Oversee financial operations of multiple entities within the company structure.• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer credit records.• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
