Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Regularly audit financial processes and records for accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize accounting software systems and CRM tools to maintain accurate records and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the financial services team to manage and process customer credit applications.
- Regularly utilize 3M and Crystal Reports to analyze and present financial data.
- Engage in budget processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer accounts and conduct necessary actions to ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Proven experience with 3M systems
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with CRM usage
- Ability to work with Crystal Reports
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge of Auditing practices
- Familiarity with Budget Processes
