We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Controller to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be expected to oversee our financial operations, including the management of our QuickBooks ERP and ADP Workday systems. This role is a contract employment opportunity with the potential for a long-term commitment. Prior experience supporting a call center is preferred but not required for consideration. Responsibilities:• Oversee the full cycle payroll process for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Take full ownership of the monthly close cycle, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported.• Generate comprehensive financial reports, providing insights and recommendations based on financial trends and forecasts.• Utilize Excel for financial modeling and data analysis, aiding in strategic decision-making and financial planning.• Maintain and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.• Oversee the usage and maintenance of Accounting Software Systems and CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and management of financial data.• Conduct regular financial audits, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.• Manage budget processes, ensuring all departments adhere to their financial limits and goals.• Utilize Crystal Reports for financial reporting and data visualization, aiding in the communication of financial insights and trends.• Perform other accounting functions as necessary, ensuring the overall financial health and compliance of the organization
