Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing Professional Services firm on a new Controller search. The ideal candidate will have experience in the professional services industry, have staff management experience, and experience working in companies with 1,000 employees. This is a permanent position with the end client and the role is a hybrid opportunity, 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing payroll
- Oversight of Staff Accountants
- Banking relations, cash management
- Month-end close, Reconciliations
- Building reports and models in Excel
- Client invoicing
- External Auditors assistance
Qualifications:
- Staff Management Experience
- Professional Services and/or Financial Services experience
- Oversight of Accounting Process for a company with 1,000 employees
- Strong Excel skills
- Process driven mindset
- Strong communicator
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
