We are in search of a Controller to become a part of our team in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and optimizing our accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. This is an exciting opportunity that offers the potential for detail-oriented growth and development.Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable, and audit functions.• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.• Implement and uphold the use of CRM systems to streamline customer relationship management processes.• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report any variances.• Ensure adherence to accounting best practices and regulatory standards within the construction industry.• Leverage knowledge of ADP - Financial Services to manage payroll functions.• Utilize Crystal Reports to create, maintain, and generate timely and accurate financial reports.• Employ proficiency in NetSuite and Intacct to manage and optimize accounting functions.• Oversee the management of construction accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.• Conduct periodic audits and present findings and recommendations to improve financial operations and processes.
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
