REFERENCE CODE DS0012856995Very reputable non-profit organization is looking for COO, basically a CFO with oversight of all accounting, finance and operations. There is a strong accounting team in place. Operational responsibilities include implementing improvements across all aspects of the organization, work with CT funders and related contracts, oversight of HR and implement new ideas the organization is currently considering including exploring use of AI. They will be considering existing CFO's and others who have held the #1 Finance role in a nonprofit organization, have as been strategic and has had operational responsibilities. This organization is known for helping so many, individuals and families, who need it the most. Minimum requirements include COO's or CFO's and others who have held the #1 Finance role in a nonprofit (human resources) organization, who have been strategic and have had operational responsibilities. Experience with State of CT funding sources and including CT contracts is also required. MBA or CPA are pluses. The base salary range is to $150,000 plus great benefits and PTO.
