Robert Half is currently looking for a corporate attorney or paralegal for a part-time, long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract review and corporate document management.
Start Date : ASAP
Pay : $50 / hour
Location : On-site in Danbury, CT
Hours : 15-20 hours per week
Responsibilities :
Efficient handling and organization of various contracts and corporate documents such as NDAs, commercial contracts, financial documents, charters, investment rights.
Make use of Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, Management System, and Microsoft Excel in performing various tasks.
Manage equity and debt issuances.
Track corporate meeting minutes.
Conduct regular briefing sessions and updates.
Ensure compliance while filing SEC documents under corporate law.
Requirements :
Deep experience in contract management and corporate documentation.
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, Management System, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of SEC filing and corporate law compliance.
Proven experience in the IT Software industry
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management
Familiarity with Case Management Software for effective handling of legal cases
Experience with LexisNexis for legal research
Ability to use a Management System for organizational purposes
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience with Billing Functions within a corporate legal setting
Strong briefing skills for effective communication and reporting
Proficiency in Calendar Management for scheduling appointments and deadlines
Experience in Claim Administration within a corporate environment
Ability to handle Complaints professionally and effectively
Familiarity with SEC filings procedures and regulations
Extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Law
