Corporate Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Corporate Development Manager for our client in the education industry. You will play a crucial role with their growth strategy by providing full transaction support for their 3 major corporate development projects, which include, acquisition transactions, new building projects and existing expansions within their current locations. The role is hybrid, 3 days in their office in Downtown Miami and 2 days remote. This role also includes a bonus, as well as excellent benefits.

Requirements:

• MBA or a Master’s in finance, CFA, CPA or equivalent a plus
• Outstanding analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills, strong PowerPoint skills
