Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess credit applications with precision and efficiency
- Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to manage and monitor customer accounts
- Employ CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to maintain accurate customer credit records
- Ensure proper cash flow analysis and manage accounts receivable
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Implement effective collection processes and procedures
- Evaluate and manage credit application processes
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer and company information.
- Proficiency in the use of 3M
- Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
- Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
- Proficient in using CRM tools
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis
- Knowledge of Collection Processes
- Experience in handling Credit processes
- Ability to manage Credit Applications
