As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with handling customer communications, managing orders, and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and review incoming orders for fulfillment.• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through email, ensuring professionalism and timeliness in responses.• Handle and efficiently manage inbound calls from customers, sales teams, and suppliers.• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Review orders for discrepancies or unusual details prior to processing.• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for order entry and data entry processes.• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure orders are correctly printed and dispatched.• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.• Utilize call center customer service skills to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls.• Schedule appointments as necessary.
