Duties and Responsibilities• Creates culture and environment that is in line with delivering corporate message to clients and employees.• Maintains client service level expectations that meet or exceed company goals.• Maintains and documents adherence to the business continuity plan for the department.• Complies with all laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and privacy policies and procedures.• Serves as a utility worker as necessary to provide backup support for other departments.• Answer and initiate telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner to assist clients research via online electronic storage system• Respond to, investigate and/or resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, e-mail, and fax.• Ability to multi-task.• Other duties as assigned.
