Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Generate potential leads through various channels including networking events, client and detail-oriented referrals
- Offer tailored advice and create insurance packages that meet the needs and budget of existing and potential clients
- Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling to address coverage gaps as needed
- Keep an organized workload and manage appointments, including the maintenance of agency and individual CRM
- Ensure precise processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records
- Apply your proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, Computer Programs, CRM, Epic Software, About Time to meet job demands
- Utilize your skills in Answering Inbound Calls, Assisting Customers, Benefit Functions, and Billing Functions to enhance customer experience.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Competency in using Avaya CMS
- Ability to use different Computer Programs effectively
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with Epic Software
- Understanding of About Time software
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
- Proven ability to Assist Customers in a detail oriented manner
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Experience with Billing Functions
