Responsibilities
- Engage in outreach and education initiatives, including attending webinars, seminars, and events to connect with customers on a personal level
- Navigate through data heavy reports using analytics tools to assist in decision making and program justification
- Use software such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI to handle tasks related to analytics and reporting
- Assist in meeting workflow deadlines, with the understanding that occasional overtime may be necessary
- Gain experience with regulatory and policy aspects of the industry, though direct responsibility for these areas will not be required.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of data collection methodologies, principles, and procedures.
- Familiarity with data management and data cleaning techniques.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets and provide insights.
