Job Description:
- Create data and process governance, implement DG/DQ strategies, and ensure data practices comply with regulatory requirement.
- Execute data dictionary, CDE identification, DQ rules, and data lineage.
- Perform data quality and analytics to ensure accurate and reliable practices within the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Skills in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management with an analytics mindset.
- Prior experience implementing data for BCBS 239, 504, and/or 20252a in the financial services industry.
- 5 years of solid experience with compliance data, BSA/AML with Actimize is MUST.
- Experience with a Big Four or management consulting firm and/or startup or quants experience in banking.
- BS in computer science, financial engineering, operational research, and/or investment.
- Proficiency in coding in Python, data APIs, and data management/DGDQ tools is a big plus.
Technology Skills:
- Experience with DG/DQ tools such as Ataccama, Informatica/Collibra.
- Knowledge of IBS, Actimize, Prime, ACH.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Data Warehouse/Snowflake.
- Experience with Wires: Finastra and/or Finzly and Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and PowerBI
