We are offering a contract to permanent position as a Desktop Support Analyst based in Dubuque, Iowa, United States. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with a variety of duties including management of IT incidents, maintaining computer hardware and software, and supporting both office and manufacturing environments.Responsibilities• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems, both hardware and software.• Managing and resolving Level I-III technical issues, including desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility, and infrastructure.• Providing end-user support and overseeing the Field Operations Team.• Utilizing SCCM for configuration and optimization.• Maintaining Windows Active Directory, user security, and network printing.• Creating and updating Knowledge Base documentation.• Identifying cost-effective hardware and software improvements.• Assisting in the installation and configuration of personal computer systems.• Managing the IT incident queue and providing support to end-users, either remotely or on-site.to
