Desktop Support Analyst

Description

We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst for our manufacturing operations located in Ravenna, Ohio. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the latest technologies, working with a variety of systems and software. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing technical support to our team, managing computer hardware, and ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for Android Development efforts within the company
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco Technologies
Oversee the use and functionality of Citrix Technologies across the organization
Maintain and repair computer hardware as needed
Work with Dell Technologies to ensure optimal performance
Manage user access and security through Active Directory
Support configuration and troubleshooting of Apple Devices
Implement and maintain Backup Technologies to ensure data safety
Handle tasks related to Configuration Management to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Requirements

Proficiency in Android Development
Solid understanding of Cisco Technologies
Competence in Citrix Technologies
Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware
Experience with Dell Technologies
Familiarity with Active Directory
Proficiency in handling Apple Devices
Ability to work with Backup Technologies
Experience in Configuration Management
