This role is pivotal in our team, with responsibilities including hardware and software support within MAC and PC environments, managing customer inquiries, and aiding in the integration of AI tools with office products. Responsibilities:• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction by effectively communicating with users to comprehend issues, providing swift resolutions, and escalating when necessary.• Overseeing extensive desktop support for MAC and PC users, promptly and efficiently addressing both hardware and software issues.• Administering and resolving issues related to Office365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.• Supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications, addressing installation, authentication, and access issues.• Utilizing SCCM and JAMF for software deployment and management, ensuring smooth and consistent application installations and updates.• Managing inventory, including tracking and maintaining hardware CMDB and software assets and desktop refresh using corporate ITAM tool as well JAMF, SCCM, PowerBI, and other tools.• Assisting with end user issues and support of AI tools with office products, ensuring seamless operation and user productivity.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.• Configuring and troubleshooting email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.• Configuring, deploying, and supporting mobile devices such as Android and iPhones.• Collaborating effectively with other teams and management towards shared goals for responsive, effective information feedback, escalation, and end user issue resolution.
