Manager, Digital CX & Ecommerce Analytics
The Manager of Digital CX and Ecommerce Analytics drives strategic analysis, reporting, and optimization of digital customer journeys, bridging complex data and actionable insights to shape business decisions. This role leads analytics and reporting, data management, and cross-functional collaboration, focusing on website traffic, ecommerce conversions, tagging, A/B testing, dashboard creation, and data visualization. Responsibilities include managing marketing analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy, navigating privacy regulations, and developing robust tracking solutions. The position also entails managing a team, budget accountability, and fostering collaboration across web, digital marketing, and IT teams.
- Work Location: 5 days per week on-site in Minneapolis, MN
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
- 7 years in web analytics; expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics, tag management, data visualization tools and customer lifecycle management
- 2 years leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, Salesforce, SEO, paid media, and A/B testing tools.
- Demand-lead gen management as well as web property reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and self-motivation required.
Salary : $108,000 - $190,000
