Robert Half is working with a respected client in the construction industry seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. This is a permanent role in the Littleton, MA area, and the selected HR Director would be the sole human resources contact for a 100 employee company.
The selected candidate should have 8 years of HR experience, and experience in the construction industry is required. Responsibilities will include benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, workers compensation, etc. Prior management experience is required too. Our client is looking for a candidate who can really provide the necessary guidance from an HR perspective.
For the right candidate our client is offering a base salary up to $180,000 bonuses. Very good benefits too.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Demonstrated skills in Benefit Functions, understanding and managing employee benefits
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external interactions
- Experience in Compliance, ensuring all HR policies and procedures follow laws and regulations
- Proven abilities in Employee Relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving issues
- Proficiency in Hiring Processes, managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Specific experience in the Construction Industry is required, understanding its unique HR needs and challenges
