- Design and implement a results-driven strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to enhance conversions, revenue, and efficiency.
- Refine bidding tactics, keyword targeting, ad messaging, and landing page effectiveness to optimize campaign success.
- Monitor evolving industry trends, algorithm shifts, and AI-powered advancements in paid search.
- Balance cost efficiency (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling campaign impact.
- Manage partnerships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and performance benchmarks.
- Hold agencies accountable for key performance indicators, budget adherence, and innovation in campaign execution.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to refine audience segmentation, creative direction, and conversion tactics.
- Oversee budget distribution, forecasting, and spend management for paid search initiatives.
- Develop budget strategies informed by historical trends and growth objectives.
Performance Analytics & Insights
- Establish comprehensive tracking systems, attribution frameworks, and incrementality testing to evaluate paid search effectiveness.
- Maintain dynamic performance dashboards that deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Work alongside leadership teams to translate campaign performance into strategic impact.
- Implement and refine call tracking solutions to measure phone-based conversions and integrate insights into broader reporting models.
- Provide high-level performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with analytics, web, and operational teams to align paid search efforts with company-wide goals.
- Work closely with SEO, programmatic, and paid social teams to ensure a unified multi-channel approach.

- 7 years of experience managing paid search strategies with a focus on ROI optimization.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bid automation, and audience targeting.
- Hands-on experience overseeing large budgets and managing agency partnerships.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, call tracking solutions, and advanced attribution methodologies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into action.
- Skilled in budget forecasting, campaign pacing, and financial modeling within paid search.
