Director SEC Reporting

We are in search of a Director of SEC Reporting to join our team based in Oxnard, California. This role is instrumental in our financial department, overseeing the preparation and distribution of external financial reports and ensuring all financial reports are in compliance with governmental regulations and company policies. The Director will also be tasked with performing technical accounting assessments for large and complex transactions, ensuring they align with GAAP and maintaining an efficient system of accounting records.Responsibilities:• Direct the preparation and distribution of 10K and 10Q reports for external use• Perform board reporting• Perform statutory reporting• Manage a team• Research new ASC pronouncements and write technical memos and provide treatment and guidance going forward

Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
