We are in search of a dedicated Dispatcher to become an integral part of our HVAC operations in Midland, Texas. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will work closely with the Dispatcher Manager. Your primary tasks will revolve around the coordination of HVAC service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling of technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound service requests for HVAC appointments, ensuring prompt and efficient scheduling of technicians.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee data entry tasks, specifically focusing on invoice processing.
- Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively managing your time in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, and Microsoft Excel to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Dispatcher role or similar position
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
- Strong understanding and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Demonstrated ability in Billing procedures and practices
- Experience with Data Entry tasks, demonstrating speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and using advanced functions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education is a plus
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented setting and maintain a positive attitude
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure situations
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and technology is a plus
