As a Dispatcher, your main function will be to link our customers with our sales and service departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Responsibilities:• Serve as a crucial link between customers and our sales and service departments.• Handle customer and sales personnel requests for service.• Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians and contractors to complete required work.• Manage the ordering of parts, products, and equipment to meet customer needs.• Coordinate the shipment and installation of ordered items.• Ensure accurate invoicing for services rendered and products delivered.• Review completed jobs and analyze profitability to ensure business efficiency.• Maintain high-quality customer service standards.• Manage high volume order entry and fulfillment tasks.• Exhibit strong time management and organization skills in all tasks.
