- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Infuse diversity and inclusion concepts across all management processes and practices (e.g. recruiting and hiring, assessment, performance management, employee development, succession, etc.), providing expertise, training and support around inclusive practices.
Responsibilities
- Establish EDI accountability measures and metrics and implement feedback mechanisms for tracking our progress, celebrating and communicating successes and identifying and addressing areas of concern.
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Employe Relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years’ experience working with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives; required experience with/understanding of employment/management practices through an EDI lens.
- Previous experience/strong proficiency with ADP Payroll processing.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Hybrid 2 days a week onsite
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
