Responsibilities :
- Liaise effectively between the organization and its clients, acting as the primary point of contact for customer-related information
- Ensure smooth audit procedures by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Handle change orders and inventory alterations with precision and timeliness
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to detect discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of information
- Utilize accounting software systems and Adobe Acrobat for efficient data management
- Employ excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange
- Use Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Provide superior customer service by promptly and effectively resolving client inquiries
- Enter and update data in the computer system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records
- Manage and oversee budget processes, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Document Control Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is necessary.
- Must have strong auditing skills.
- Familiarity with budget processes is essential.
- Required to have strong computer data entry skills.
- Experience in data entry is a must.
- Knowledge in operational auditing is vital.
- Must be able to maintain adequate inventory.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas is needed.
- Must have the ability to resolve customer service issues.
