The Document Management Specialist (DMS) works as part of a team responsible for providing fund administration services to registered investment companies and advisors. The DMS controls the flow of financial statements and other regulatory filings of fund administration clients in and out of CFS ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance of documents, storing documents safely and securely, managing document distribution, ensuring document workflow runs smoothly and maintaining proper documentation of all activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain production schedules of financial statements and filings
- Control the flow of documents between various parties such as auditors, legal counsel, compliance teams and the fund advisors
- Collect comments on the documents from the various parties and ensure all are addressed in a timely manner
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
