Your work will encompass a variety of tasks, including the creation of workflows and reports, as well as user training and support.Responsibilities:• Assist users in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service, particularly in the areas of Cases, Work Orders, and Schedule Board functionality.• Develop and implement Power Apps to enhance user experience and productivity.• Contribute to the implementation process, ensuring smooth and efficient application rollouts.• Leverage your knowledge of Business Central and Project Operations to support daily operations.• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.• Employ Configuration Management techniques to maintain system stability and efficiency.• Provide high-level customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.• Train and support users, fostering a comfortable and productive environment for application use.• Utilize Reporting Tools such as Power BI to create comprehensive and understandable reports.• Apply Accounting Principles and General Accounting knowledge in managing financial aspects of the system.• Create workflows that streamline processes and enhance user experience.• Manage Work Orders and Service Desk Tickets, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed in a timely manner.• Provide End User Training and End-User Support, aiding in the smooth operation of the system.
