On behalf of Robert Half's client a leading company in the food manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join their team. This key role will report directly to the Global Director of EHS and be a critical part of the facility leadership team.Compensation: $80k-$130k Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick DaysOnsite Monday-Friday Responsibilities:• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, focusing on environmental health and safety activities.• Anticipate and evaluate potential workplace hazards, strategize corrective actions, and assist in their implementation.• Analyze reports, metrics, and other data to aid in the development of projects aimed at reducing risk.• Coordinate responses, investigations, and corrective actions related to environmental health and safety incidents.• Oversee the management and documentation of workers compensation reports, data, and costs.• Develop and maintain databases pertinent to the environmental health and safety activities.• Interpret regulations, industry best practices, academic papers, and other relevant information.• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations through education, day-to-day activities, programs, policies, and self-assessment audits.• Participate in corporate, customer, and government-related environmental health and safety audits.• Maintain accurate records and data in line with company, customer, and local guidelines.• Deliver training on policies, regulations, and procedures as directed.• Handle other duties or special projects as assigned.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
