This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and contribute to innovative campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive performance across North American retail operations.Pay Rate: $52-57/hourHours: 40 hours/weekLocation: Seattle, WA (5 days onsite)Duration: 9-month contract with strong potential for extension or full-time conversionAbout the Role:In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of both manual and semi-automated email and push campaigns supporting cross-category initiatives and seasonal promotions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver campaigns that are data-driven, customer-centric, and high-impact.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the annual strategy for email and push marketing campaigns, grounded in audience insights and performance data.Lead the creation of compelling marketing content with a focus on content placement strategy over traditional audience segmentation.Own campaign roadmaps, documentation, and performance tracking including A/B testing and continuous optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to align messaging with business goals.Analyze campaign effectiveness and report on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.Utilize tools like Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to manage and optimize campaigns.
