What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Cloud Architect position at Robert Half?
We're seeking a Enterprise Cloud Architect who is well versed with Enterprise Azure Cloud Solutions to join our team. The Enterprise Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing a variety of cloud platforms, Azure primarily, in conjunction with on-prem services that support our multiple application stacks.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with Data architects, Applications architects, and Enterprise architects.
- Maintain enterprise-level architecture through the stages of planning, design and execution of all new platform buildouts.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions for cloud migration, application migration, and cloud data security.
- Ensure all cloud solutions and deployments align with our enterprise architecture strategies and standards.
- Review existing architectures to identify technical deficiencies and design gaps and create actionable recommendations for cloud migration and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in written format to customers, peers, and management across the organization.
- Balance both the long-term outlook and short-term implications of decisions.
- Update the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and knowledge related to recent, current, and upcoming vendor products and solutions.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT teams.
- Produce and update documentation on infrastructure configuration, maintenance runbooks, and monitoring baselines.
- Comply with all IT and Information Security policies and procedures.
