Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epicor Developer to design, customize, implement, and maintain Epicor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to meet organizational needs. The Epicor Developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the system is optimized for end-user requirements and business processes. This role is integral in maximizing system efficiency and supporting the company’s operational success.Key Responsibilities:Epicor ERP DevelopmentDesign, develop, and customize Epicor ERP systems, including modules, dashboards, and reports, to align with business processes.Develop and troubleshoot BPMs (Business Process Management) workflows, dashboards, and other functionalities within Epicor.System Implementation and OptimizationWork closely with stakeholders to identify system requirements and recommend solutions using Epicor best practices.Assist in the implementation and upgrade of Epicor ERP systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.Fine-tune system performance and workflows to enhance user experience and productivity.Data Management and ReportingDevelop custom reports and data queries/forms using Epicor tools, such as SSRS or Crystal Reports.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system by developing checks and validation tools.Integration and AutomationIntegrate third-party applications with Epicor using APIs or custom scripts, ensuring seamless data exchange.Streamline business processes by developing automation tools and scripts to reduce manual workflows.Support and TroubleshootingProvide ongoing system support to end-users, including bug fixes and troubleshooting.Conduct routine system maintenance and resolve any technical issues promptly.Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Train end-users and provide documentation to ensure effective use of Epicor’s features and functionalities.
