As a key contributor, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, implement, and support tailored solutions that maximize the functionalities of the Epicor ERP platform while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and implement Epicor ERP modules using advanced technical skills (e.g., BPMs, BAQs, SSRS, dashboards, and custom code).
- Conduct end-to-end system configurations, upgrades, optimizations, and enhancements while ensuring data integrity and security compliance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Epicor customizations, integrations, and workflows to address technical challenges efficiently.
- Build and maintain integrations between Epicor and other enterprise applications leveraging APIs, EDI, or middleware.
Functional Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) to optimize system usage and streamline processes.
- Provide end-user support and training on Epicor ERP functionalities to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets for Epicor-related projects.
Project Contribution
- Participate in the development of project roadmaps and identify solutions for complex challenges in ERP implementation or integration.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to roll out new modules or updates that align with company growth strategies.
