ERP Application Specialist

We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our ERP, ECM, and EDM systems and be responsible for maintaining user confidence by keeping information confidential. You will also provide guidance on operational and technical issues for global sites.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the support of ERP, ECM, and EDM systems, including Epicor Kinetic, DocStar, and Epicor Data Analytics.

Aiding in the maintenance and support of applications integrating with ERP, such as Bartender and XL Connect.

Developing and modifying Epicor BAQ, Dashboard, and BPM to establish organizational information and process solutions.

Recommending global ERP system and operational objectives by understanding intercompany workflows and country-specific requirements.

Designing, creating, and conducting Epicor training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

Identifying problems, writing and updating procedures, advising and training staff on updates to maintain system protocols.

Supporting global sites Epicor Admins and maintaining global user account security.

Providing guidance on operational and technical Epicor issues for global sites.

Supporting IT Department initiatives as a secondary part of this role.

Performing other duties as assigned.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Application Specialist or in a related role.
Proficient in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies is essential.
Sound knowledge and experience in CRM.
Proficiency in Epicor and Epicor ERP is required.
Experience in AB Testing is a must.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of Business Process Functions.
Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents.
Proven skills in Change Management.
Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning.
Prior experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory.
