We are in search of an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, and ensuring vendors meet the set timelines and deliverables. It also includes leading change management efforts and supporting the organization with data mapping, system archiving, and data clean-up processes.Responsibilities:• Act as an internal advocate and independent Project Manager to ensure vendors are meeting set timelines and milestones.• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, and user acceptance testing.• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to document user stories and develop comprehensive system requirements.• Lead change management efforts, ensuring thorough training and clear communication with affected teams.• Develop documentation and training materials for ongoing support post-implementation.• Coordinate with partners to design and build a streamlined, simplified new instance of NetSuite.• Identify gaps during the design and modeling phases to facilitate a seamless transition to implementation.• Oversee workflows and integrations, considering future considerations for system integration.• Support the organization with data mapping, system archiving, and data clean-up processes.• Ensure accurate migration from old NetSuite data to the new instance.
