This role involves providing technical expertise and guidance in Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and infrastructure. The job function involves an understanding of Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce APIs. Responsibilities:• Provide expert knowledge on Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and on-prem infrastructure• Engage in speaking engagements such as webinars, panels, workshops, and demos• Understand and address customer needs effectively• Maintain technical depth and stay updated with where Microsoft is heading in its industry• Process and manage Intune deployments and Single Sign-On (SSO) • Implement and manage multifactor authentication (MFA) • Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce APIs effectively• Conduct customer credit application processing accurately and efficiently• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
