Our confidential client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their CRM platform. This role is crucial in optimizing Salesforce capabilities to drive operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and workflows to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validations, and cleanup activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and utilization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data management principles, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
