The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing and estimating commercial construction projects, with a specific focus on site development, takeoff, and storm/sewer construction. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage commercial excavation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.• Provide accurate and efficient estimation for site-development projects.• Handle storm/sewer construction projects, ensuring all guidelines and regulations are followed.• Utilize specific software for project take-off and cost estimation.• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.• Monitor client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.• Resolve any client inquiries or issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.• Utilize your skills in construction estimating to provide accurate project costings.• Take appropriate action when monitoring customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
