Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for an Events Manager for a 5 month contract in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid, 37.5-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week. The Events Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of a variety of tradeshows, meetings, webinars, and related events. They will also be responsible for:
- Overseeing all logistics, vendors, budgets, scheduling, etc.
- Managing pre- and post-event coordination
- Assist with marketing and production needs
- Ensure events meet required goals
- Analyze success and opportunities for future optimization
Must have 3 years of event management experience and have excellent project management skills. If interested and available, apply today!
- Degree in marketing, communications, management, or similar
- 3 years of event management experience
- Prior corporate, tradeshow, and webinar event execution preferred
- Strong project management skills
- CMP designation a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
- Some travel required
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of event marketing best practices
Salary : $35 - $40
