Responsibilities :
- Manage and keep track of executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and arrange complex travel itineraries to optimize efficiency.
- Organize and manage internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring a smooth execution of logistics and preparation of required materials.
- Maintain secure, accurate, and confidential records, files, and databases to meet organizational standards.
- Serve as a communication hub by liaising with internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders while safeguarding executive priorities.
- Participate in special projects and conduct research or analysis, providing valuable insights to aid executive decision-making.
- Proven experience in an executive administrative role, with a solid grasp of supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other digital productivity tools.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with an ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
