A boutique law firm in Seattle is looking to add a Family Law Attorney to their team. This position requires 1 YOE in Family Law practicing in King County or Snohomish County. Firm offers excellent compensation, low billable goal, and remote work options!Responsibilities:Manage case strategy and litigation – particularly in in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties.Coordinate competing deadlines and communicate with varied stakeholders.Argue cases and take hearings before a court of law.Conduct detailed and varied legal research, and advise clients of probable outcomes.Be highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders.Prepare for mediations, trials, depositions, hearings, and negotiations.Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.Manage high volumes of tasks and projects.React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.How to Learn Here: You are expected to ask as many questions as possible to learn on the job.
